We strive for the highest quality in our training. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Course Purchases: Refunds may be requested within **7 days** of purchase, provided that you have consumed less than **20%** of the course content and have not attempted any exams or downloaded certificates.
• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
• Exceptions: In cases of technical failure on our end that prevents access for more than 48 hours, partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion.

AlphaSploit certificates represent a standard of practical achievement. We reserve the right to **revoke** any certificate under the following legal conditions:

• Plagiarism or Cheating: If we find evidence that a student used automated tools, shared answers, or had someone else complete their assessments/exams.
• Misconduct: Use of our brand or credentials to facilitate illegal activities or cybercrimes.
• Invalid Information: Providing false identification or documentation during the enrollment or certification process.

Note: Revoked certificates will immediately show as "INVALID" or "REVOKED" on our public verification portal, and the digital record will be permanently marked.

All content, including videos, lab environments, code snippets, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of AlphaSploit Academy.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal learning.
• Redistribution, recording, sharing account access, or re-selling any part of our courses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

AlphaSploit Academy is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform or the information contained therein.
